We accept: Paypal and iDeal. If necessary we can send an invoice so a bank transfer can occur.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays after we have received payment, but this may vary depending on the destination. Gorealya is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, since Gorealya is not in control of the shipment. By placing an order, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

SHIPPING

To get the shipping prices for our customers the shipping charge is calculated per order based on chosen products and location. National and European orders will be shipped directly via TNT Post/PostNL. Orders outside Europe will be shipped with Priority. In special cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We exchange your item for another item within 14 days from the day you’ve received your delivery. For the trade, send us a mail at customerservice@gorealya.com. Don’t forget to mention the name of the product, size and colour and then the name of the product, size and colour that you prefer. Add your invoice number to your mail and we take care of the rest.

We provide refunds within 14 days from the day that you received your delivery. For the refund, send us a mail at info@gorealya.com. You’re able to send us the product franked within 14 days after receive back without giving us any reason. We’ll transfer the purchased money back on your bank account within 30 days after receiving the product.

We accept payments via Ideal money transfer (Netherlands only) and Paypal (international).

ORDER PROCESS

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order. To cancel or edit an order, please reply to the confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

AVAILABILITY

There is a limited supply of products. If demand is high for certain products we could choose to restock, you will be informed through our social media. So follow us to keep updated. We try our best to keep our webshop as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are not available in desired sizing and/or sold out. Gorealya will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options.

IMPORT TAX

When ordering goods from Gorealya for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Gorealya is not responsible for any charges incurred by customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Gorealya cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that items ordered from Gorealya.com are sold and shipped from The Netherlands. For all deliveries outside of The Netherlands, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all possible local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase. By placing your order, you do agree that you will be responsible for and will pay all applicable charges as due. We’re sorry we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for international exchanges due to high shipping costs. Payment to cover shipping costs must be made prior to completing the exchange.
